In my opinion, the PS3 exclusives look the best but thats just because those are the kind of games. Its got Resistance 2, Killzone 2, Motorstorm, inFamous, DC Universe, and they might even show some stuff for God of War III. The new Final Fantasy game should be good too but thats really not my type of game. Oh yeah, PS3 is finally getting Bioshock!
The 360 is getting some sick exclusives too! Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts, Fable 2, Gears of War 2, and Halo Wars. Those should all be great games! I'm pretty curious how the new Banjo game will be. It uses vehicles now and hopefully it'll still have the same type of platforming the series is known for.
The Wii is a system I really don't know much about so my opinion really shouldn't count for much. Its just too weird and Japanese for me but there are some sick games coming out for it like Madworld. Check the thread Someonelse made for some sick Wii games that will be released soon because that IGN article is pretty crappy.
The DS is one of my all time favorite systems and has some cool exclusives like Sonic Chronicles, Chrono Trigger DS, Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia and Moon. I really want to see a Super Mario RPG DS but that'll probably only happen in my dreams.
Don't forget the multiplatform games! There is Borderlands, Fallout 3(I want that game sooo bad!), Mirror's Edge, Resident Evil 5, Left4Dead and Guitar Hero:World Tour
