Who has Spore? For those of you who don't know about it, it is a game that switches from an arcade style of gameplay, to a third person action game, to a strategy game/rts, to a space exploration/ship fight game.

I love it. Also some of you might not know, you can make more than just creatures. There are editors for aircraft, spacecraft, boats, and land vehicles. I don't know about you, but I love making things. I love this game!

I'm getting it really soon. Spore origins for my iPod classic is ok, but the pc version is probably better.

The DS version looks really dumbed down. 2 out of 5 people like it (people I know). Those 2 people being random kids on the Rewards1 forum.

I wouldn't waste 30 bucks on the DS one when 20 bucks more can get you a universe in a box.

Heh, duh. Origins must be the tidepool phase, I loved that phase! I like the space phase better than anything though, and that is only in the pc version.

/I have it, and it doesnt work well on my high end laptop. So i called customer support and they said that it does not work with laptops. WTF it doesnt say that anywhere on the box.

I'm downloading the creature creator right now. Not sure if I have enough Video memory to play it. On the box for the full game at the store it says it needs 128 meg. I just have interegrated graphics.

ive tried the Spore demo by downloading it via my wii.my brother LOVES the game and i sorta likle it

The only thing weighing my computer down is my low processing speed. 1.6GHz incase anybody cares...

This sucks cause upgrading that would mean upgrading my motherboard which probably wont support my 2 gigs of DDR RAM and my AGP graphics card And now I actually care because FEAR2 is coming out! F.E.A.R. is the ****, I'm on Persius Mandate now.

Also 2.1 gigs of ram on my laptop and running Vista with a intel graphics card with 224mb memory :/

lol.i dont own either version of spore.but my computer has got 3.3 gigahertz.but only 448 mb of ram. its realy too bad my computer dont have more

well...i dont think i should get spore couse it costs to much $$. but its good to know RAM is cheap.

Really...the newer games seem to require more all the time now. But I play FEAR...so whatever.

Most likely 2. the computer im using is the computer for not just me but also my 6 brothers and sisters.so u can bet that b4 the recent hardrive wipe it was as slow as hell. now its no longer slow.im not sure how we ended up with a stock computer with 3.3 gigahertz but less than half a gig of RAM

Don't say vista. I once tried running vista on a 512mb comp, and I loled at what happened.
