Some gaps..

Hello everybody, i'm finally back! :)

I've completed all the goals with sick, token the hidden cash, and completed the classic mode (and story)

Now I'm trying to do all gaps.. and there are some that I didn't find:

These are the gaps:

Philly:

Roof Grind - Alley Manual

Harbor:

Walkway Edge

Museum:

Truck Boost - Electric Jump - Side to Side

FDR:

Spine the Corner - Over the Hill

Lansdowne: 

Land Slide - Walled In

Monuments:

Lippy Lip

I know that they are so much, but I really can't find them

 you need to go in front of  the construction machine in the place where are a couple of vert ramps and two green columns 

you need to across from one vert to another  and that's all
